2. Select which program you would like to register by ticking the box. Will it be for the "After School Enrollment" or "Childcare Enrollment"

3. Fill out ALL the yellow boxes with asterisk inside the contract. You can answer "Agree" or "OK" in each box.

4. Sign the document by clicking the "Guardians Signature" (yellow box). You have the option to draw "your signature" inside it.

If you signed in the "New Tab" go back in this page to continue in step 5.

5. Put the date today and your Child(ren) 's name. 6. You can now proceed to enrollment by clicking the continue. (Big yellow button below)

Please note that this contract is important before you proceed to your registration. Your reservation will automatically be refunded if you will not sign the contract before you proceed to payment.
